How do I make a return or exchange sizes?

Enter your order number via the contact form, and we’ll help you. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 30-day return period for unused items in their original condition. One size exchange per order within Sweden is free of charge. You can of course cancel your purchase, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

What size should I choose?

Measure the circumference of your hand across the knuckles and the length from your wrist to the tip of your middle finger, in centimeters. You’ll find the size guide on the product page next to the size buttons, or in the menu at the top of our website. Still unsure? Write to us and we’ll guide you before you order.

How long is the delivery time?

Within Sweden: 2–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over SEK 1,000; the exact shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to Norway, Finland, the rest of Europe, and the USA. Delivery to the rest of Europe takes about 5–7 business days, and delivery to the USA takes about 10–12 business days. You’ll see the exact shipping cost for your country at checkout. Don’t see your country listed? Get in touch and we’ll check whether we can deliver there anyway.

What material are the gloves made of, and are they waterproof?

We use only goatskin leather, as well as our own blends of wool and PrimaLoft – the materials vary between models. Arvidsjaur Mitts and Arctic Wool Inner Glove are fully waterproof. The other models are water-repellent, but not fully waterproof.

Where do you manufacture your products?

All our gloves are designed and developed in Norrbotten for Nordic climates and demanding use. They are manufactured by carefully selected producers in different parts of the world, depending on the glove model, materials, and expertise required. We work with manufacturers in Italy, Finland, and Pakistan, among other countries, and use materials and components from Norway and other parts of Europe. For us, quality is determined not by the country on the label, but by the materials, construction, craftsmanship, and quality control throughout production. That is why we choose the producer best suited to each model. Regardless of where a product is made, we apply the same standards for quality, materials, working conditions, and compliance with relevant EU requirements and regulations.

What happens after I return an item, and when will I get my money back?

We process the return within 2–7 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. Your bank or card provider may then take an additional 5–30 days – that’s beyond our control, but please feel free to contact us if it seems unusually long.

Do your gloves fit both men and women?

Yes. We size by hand measurements—circumference and length—rather than by gender, according to the size guide. All our adult models work equally well for anyone who wears them.
