Can I return an item?
Sure! You have the opportunity to return the goods up to 14 days after you receive them. When returning a product, it needs to be in substantially unchanged condition, ie unused and not destroyed or damaged and in such a condition that it can be sold to a new customer without price deductions. However, if the product is unused, you can regret the purchase. Note! Upon return of product, the return shipping price is deducted from the returned amount. (F.N. SEK 79).
Make sure you bring order numbers and tracking numbers if you have questions about your return. Please note that a return can take 2 to 7 days for our layer to check and approve. Immediately after that we will refund you your purchase.
Can I make a change in an order?
It is usually not possible to change an order after the order has been placed. If the order has not yet been confirmed or sent, you can contact customer service with your request and we will do our best to implement the change We cannot guarantee it when picking from our warehouse is ongoing. If this is not possible, as the order is being shipped, you must wait for the delivery and then return the goods in accordance with our return and refund policy.
An order can be canceled before it is sent. If you have already received a delivery confirmation via e-mail for the current order, notify us your desire to return all or part of your order within 14 days after it has been delivered to you. The price for the order will be refunded to you as soon as the dealer received the products you returned. More information about returns can be found in returns and refunds.
Refunds
The repayment is made in the same way you originally paid your order with. For example, if you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card. If you paid by e-payment, the amount will be refunded to your account. The money will be refunded to your credit card or account as soon as your bank processes the refund. This takes 5-30 working days.
Return handling
We provide an opportunity for open purchase for 30 days for both unused and used products. Please note that this policy does not apply to consumables. The time for open purchase begins to count from the day the product is received, not from the order.
In order to use our 30-day guarantee, the following criteria must be met:
- The products must be in their original condition with intact labels and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- Return goods may not show any signs of use.
- It is required that you state the order number.
- You must be able to present photographs or video proofs that clearly show the error, only if the product is delivered damaged and if the damage can be documented.
Complaint
If we determine that the item has a manufacturing defect we have the right to
- in the first place fix it
- in the alternative free of charge replace it for an equivalent item
- In the third place, make a refund with “utility deductions”, as follows below
In the event of a refund, we take into account how long since it is the garment was purchased. After a seasonal use, the deduction is 35% (of the price you have paid for the garment) and after another season's use it is 50%. Read more about "utility deduction" at The Consumer Agency's website.
Of course, any shipping costs in connection with manufacturing defects are paid by us.
Note that normal wear and tear does not form the basis for complaints. For example, scratched leather, broken straps or achieved gloves are not grounds for complaints. Neither is injuries that occurred due to. That you get stuck and torn the outer material.
If the problem is deemed to be valid, we will cover all costs to reimburse the product as soon as possible.

To be eligible for return or refund within the 30-day guarantee, the goods must be in a sufficient condition in order to be sold as new. Any damage to the packaging during the delivery does not affect the right to repayment. However, bags, instructions and possibly accessories should not have disappeared.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchases.
Contact us before returning your purchase to the manufacturer or to us, as we can usually offer a smoother solution.
There may be situations where only partial repayment is granted (if applicable).
Examples of such situations are:
- The product is not in its original condition, is damaged or lacks parts due to circumstances that do not depend on the company. Please note that this does not apply to external packaging that may be damaged due to the delivery process.
- The item is considered incorrect based on your personal requirements and preferences.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If your refund has been approved, it will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days. OBSERVE! This takes 5-7 days from your item being received in our warehouse.

Delayed or missed repayments (if applicable)
If you have not yet received any refund please check first your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is registered.

Replacement item (if applicable)
If the item is defective, error size or damaged, we will replace it. Please note that this does not apply to packaging and operating instructions. If you need to switch to the same item please send an e-mail to hej@friluftsvaruhuset.se. Our policy is to send a replacement item in the first place and if something goes wrong with it, make a refund.
Unreleased packages
For packages that are delivered to extradition locations but are not collected, a fee of SEK 150 is charged for unreleased packages. Only partial refund is offered for orders where the package is not collected. This does not apply in cases where the customer has not been informed that a commodity is waiting to be collected, but only when the customer is aware of this but cannot or does not want to retrieve the item.
