Souvas on goat meat
A good recipe when you are really hungry. We use the carbon boiler boiler and our portable fireplace (Link to product) that fits perfectly when cooking outdoors. This dish is easy to prepare at home and bring on the excursion. We used get-souvas from The farm Bälinge which is up in Luleå, absolutely fantastic. Skav (deer, clean or moose) work well, so even salmon if you only eat fish.
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Souva meat about 500 grams, alternatively salmon or oumph.
- 1 iceberg salad head
- 2 pcs red onion
- 3 tomatoes
- A fist little radishes
- 1 lemon
- 4 large tortilla bread (preferably naan bread, available in the freezer counter)
- Sriracha mayo
Sauce - Creme fraiche 34%
- 2 tbsp grated horseradish
- 1 tsp French mustard
- Salt and Pepper
Cooking
- Chop all vegetables, slice onions and radishes thin.
- Grate horseradish about 2 tbsp, mix with creme fraiche, mustard salt and pepper.
- Fry on the sleeping meat until it has a surface and is cooked, salt and pepper as needed.
- Squeeze on fresh lemon on the meat directly in the frying pan and sprinkle with coarsely chopped parsley.
- Place meat and vegetables on the bread, top with sauce and sriracha and finish with a little chopped parsley.
