  1. Ordering
  • When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
  • If something is wrong in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via e-mail to hej@myroutdoor.se.
  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be sent at the earliest on Monday after.
  • If delays in the delivery should arise (without we notifying you of longer delivery time), contact us at e-mail address: hej@myroutdoor.se.
  1. Prices
  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices are including 25% VAT.
  • We reserve ourselves for price changes caused by price change from supplier, error pressure in the price list and errors in prices depending on incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Right of withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the site, you as a customer have a legislative 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item you have ordered.
  • Gift certificates are valid for 2 years and cannot be returned or redeemed for money. 
  • 5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:
  • You must announce that you regret it. The message should be sent to us hej@myroutdoor.se. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and the goods to which the return applies are clearly and clearly.
  • You should immediately and at the latest in legislative 14 days after the cancellation message return the products to us.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition on the products on returns, therefore the products should be sent well -packaged and in original packaging.
  • On the repayment amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product in the case of used or damaged product.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Products that have been sealed (plomored) and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • Specially made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly consented to the service being started without the right of withdrawal.

  1. Complaints and complaints
  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or mis -expedited when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the error free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defect item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.

    6.1 How do you go about complaints?
  • Any errors and defects should always be advertised to hej@myroutdoor.se where you enter your name, your address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If we fail to remedy the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We stand for return shipping in approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
  1. Limitation of liability
  • We take no responsibility for indirect damage that can occur due to the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances outside the company's prevailing (force majeure). These circumstances may, for example, be labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing delivery from the supplier.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution.   • By shopping at Myr Outdoor you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or reveal your information to third party without legal basis.
  • Myr Outdoor is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order as well as in those times when you have wanted newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.
  • Below information is a summation of how we in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) stores and processes your information.
  • 10.1 What is a personal data?
    A personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.
  • 10.2 What information do we store?
    In order to manage your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first name and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.
  • Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your information, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Accounting Act.

What is shared with the shipping company is the first name, surname and address information for delivery. E-mail address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
    The freight companies we work with are: DHL, Postnord.

    If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, the first name, last name and email address with our newsletter provider will be shared. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
    We use Smartmail for mailing newsletters.

  • In case of any dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
  • Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general conditions must be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and law.

13. Warranties

  • All products from Myr Outdoo's range have a 6 month warranty from the day the goods have been delivered, where nothing else is stated. The guarantee refers to deficiencies in construction, materials or manufacturing. For parts that have been replaced and/or repaired, the manufacturer has the same responsibility in time as for the original goods. The limited guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence or when other damage occurred. The guarantee becomes invalid if changes, repairs or other impacts have been made on the product of a non -authorized person. The guarantee also does not apply to incorrect use, incorrect connection, attention, normal wear, cosmetic damage, intentional injuries, personal injury or death. It is incumbent on the buyer to advertise any errors and deficiencies to the manufacturer immediately upon discovery. If complaints are not made within the framework of the product guarantee and immediately after discovery, the right to compensation product or repair is forfeited. The value for compensation can never exceed the value of the product in question. Repair is in most cases at the manufacturer. An inspection fee is invoiced at all service that is not covered by the fabrication guarantee within the time it is valid. The fee is also applied when no errors could be detected. In case of incorrect complaints reserves Marsh outdoors the right to charge reasonable compensation for the costs the complaint entailed. Incorrect parts exchanged become the manufacturer's property. Marsh outdoors is not responsible for financial losses, loss of production, loss of time, missing profits, consequential losses or damage or other in connection with the use of our products.  See also Section Returns for the return of products.

  • It is your responsibility to track (using tracking number you find in our delivery confirmation) and redeem the shipment at the delivery point within the time stated on Avin and on the tracking link. If you cannot receive the package at delivery, or do not retrieve your package at the delivery point, it will be sent back to us (lying time is 14 days), and we will then charge you SEK 399 + shipping for our work on handling the goods. This corresponds to the costs that it caused us to send the package and received it in return. If this cost is not paid, the requirement is made for debt collection. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address and the other delivery information you have entered at the time of order are correct. If your package does not arrive p.g.a. Incorrectly specified delivery address, we may then charge you SEK 399 for shipping and administration costs. We will not refund your order if it does not return to us after the package could not be delivered because Incorrectly specified delivery address.
