About Myr Outdoor
Myr Outdoor is based in LuleÄ. To get in touch with us, send an email to hej@myroutdoor.se with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.
Order
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains details about the products, price, billing and delivery address.
If something is incorrect in your order confirmation, contact us immediately via hej@myroutdoor.se.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
In case of delays beyond the announced timeframe for express delivery, we will refund the difference between express and standard shipping.
Shipping within Sweden: We offer both express delivery and standard delivery.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of errors or price changes from suppliers.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have by law 14 days right of withdrawal from the time you receive your item.
5.1 To exercise the right of withdrawal:

Contact us at hej@myroutdoor.se and provide your name, address, email, order number, and which products you want to return.

Return the goods within 14 days from the time you notify us.

The product must be in original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

The product must not be visibly used or affected in a way that makes it unsellable. In case of discrepancies, we may reject the return or deduct an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation.

Return shipping costs are paid by you as the customer.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products with broken seals for health or hygiene reasons.

Personally engraved or custom-made products.

Services that have already been performed.
Claims and warranty
We inspect all products before they are shipped. If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us immediately at hej@myroutdoor.se with a description of the fault.
Upon approved claim:

We will replace the item or refund according to applicable consumer protection legislation.

We cover the return shipping cost.

If we do not find any fault with the product, we have the right to reject the claim.
Warranty:
Myr Outdoor's products have a 6-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not apply in cases of:

Incorrect use, negligence, or external impact.

Repairs or modifications by unauthorized parties.
Uncollected shipment
If you do not pick up your shipment within 14 days and it is returned to us, you will be charged 399 SEK + shipping costs.
Incorrectly provided delivery address may incur additional fees.
Personal data and cookies
By shopping with us, you agree to our handling of personal data according to GDPR. We only collect necessary information to process your order and never share information with third parties without legal basis.

Dispute and choice of law
In the event of a dispute, we follow The recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). For EU customers, there is also the option to use the EU Commission's dispute resolution platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Myr Outdoor reserves the right to adjust these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on our website.
