Banana cake with elles outdoor food

Old bananas and field oven turns out to be an excellent combination! Check out the recipe that gilds the excursion to the max. Ingredients

 

To about 4-6 portions
75 gr butter
½ dl flour
2 eggs
2 dl dark muscovado sugar
2-3 overripe bananas
3 dl wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 dl chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon salt
1 sheet baking sheet paper

Here's how:

When the briquettes are ready, put these underneath and on the field oven so that it begins to be preheated. Follow the rule 30% of the heat under the oven and 70% of the heat on the lid.

 

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar puffy and mash in the bananas.
  3. Add flour and melted butter.
  4. Then add the dry ingredients and the nuts and mix to a smooth batter.
  5. Cut to the baking sheet paper to fit into the field oven and pour on the batter.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-45 minutes

    Let the cake cool slightly under a back cloth and then enjoy with, for example, a glass of ice cold milk.

 

 

Baking technology with briquettes and field oven.

 

- As with other breads, the ratio applies to 30% of the heat under the oven and 70% of the heat on the lid so as not to burn the bread at the bottom.
- Keep in mind that the rule liter x 3 to obtain a total number of briquettes for 170 degrees does not apply to the smaller ovens.
