Egg and sausage sandwich

Recipe - eggs and sausage sandwiches
Reward yourself with a hefty sandwich after a long day outdoors. You cook almost everything in a frying pan (preferably cast iron pan) and serve the sausage sandwich hot.
Ingredients (6 people)
- 12 bright bread (form French or country bread)
- 400 g sliced fallow sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1 fist of any fungus (may be excluded)
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Parsley
- Butter to fry in.
- 6 coffee filters
Cooking
1. Fry the sausage and set aside, then fry eggs and mushrooms.
2. At the same time, you heat the breads at a reasonable distance to the fire so that they become crispy but not burned.
3. Wide ketchup and mustard on the bread (lid and bottom), place on a couple of slices of sausage, a fried egg, a little sponge and top with parsley. Clear!
Some extra tips on the road
- Coffee filters work great to push the sandwich into (especially if you have children).
