Chanterelle toast on open fire

Luxurious with chanterelle on the excursion! A light and small recipe with great flavors for those who want to luxury it when you're out. Use with grill or frying pan to roast the bread.

Ingredients (6 people)

  • 6 bright bread (mold French, sourdough bread or similar)
  • 1 pc shallot
  • 0.5 dl cream
  • Parmesan
  • Whipped cream
  • 2 fists any fresh chanterelles
  • Parsley
  • Butter or oil to fry in.
  • Salt and Pepper

Cooking

  1. Fry the mushroom in oil and butter in a frying pan until the mushroom until the liquid has disappeared and the mushroom has been given some color. Put in onion, fry golden brown with the mushroom and then pour in cream. Bring to a boil for a minute. Taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the bread over the bulb, preferably with grill grill or fry the bread on both sides until it has a nice color and is crispy.
  3. Divide the mushrooms on the bread slices and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and parsley, serve directly.
