Distribute the weight right in the backpack
If you distribute weight correctly and sensibly, it helps you achieve a more comfortable adventure, and it can also help you with the balance. Here are a couple of tips before going out for a hike. Your backpack's pack determines how your hike will be so make sure to do it right from the start to avoid back pain.
Pack the bag like this:
- Pack easier things further away from back (outward)
- Distribute the weight evenly laterally so that the backpack is not heavier on one or the other.
- Heavy things are packed at the hip and back. Tex water bottles and thermos
- Use straps to tighten the backpack and get it near the body then it becomes more severe in movements and you can more easily keep the balance out on your hiking trip.
